Mandated (Refer to your attire card with Save the Date) Guys: A tuxedo is encouraged. A Black formal suit with a dress shirt and tie is acceptable. As previously communicated, adherence to the wedding attire mandate will be required for entry. Guests who do not comply with the dress code will not be granted access to the event. Parking is limited, but complimentary valet service will be available for all guests. Please arrive by 5:00 PM EST to allow time for valet parking and seating.

Doors will open promptly at 4:45 PM and will not open earlier. Guests may begin arriving at 4:15 PM EST to allow time for valet parking. Please note that doors will close at 5:20 PM. When planning your arrival, we kindly ask that you be mindful of the weather, your attire, and guest count.

The ceremony will begin promptly at the scheduled time. To avoid disruptions, guests who arrive after the start time MAY not be admitted to the ceremony, but welcome to join in during cocktail hour.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adult-only celebration. To maintain the intimate, elegant atmosphere we envision—and due to venue limitations, children will not be permitted at the ceremony or the reception. No exceptions. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare prior to the Myers’ Matrimony so that you can relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us uninterrupted. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we create this special experience for ourselves and you.

Yes. Downtown Columbia has several nearby hotels, and we have reserved limited room blocks at discounted rates. If you are certain you will attend, please secure your room early. If unsure, kindly refrain from booking so rooms remain available for guests who need them. Please REFER to the “Where To Stay” tab for room blocks.

Please refer to your email where you received a "confirmation email" and modify or contact the hotel directly to release the room. Please release rooms if you are unable to attend for any unforseen reason as it's a busy weekend in Columbia. That particular weekend and rooms have been discounted for the Myers Wedding Weekend.

No, as long as you have RSVP’d on the website after receipt of official invite, your name will be on the guest list.

Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors at 1208 Washington Place. However, we’ve curated a beautiful cocktail hour on the upper level where you can enjoy fun and entertainment in a charming indoor–outdoor setting. Feel free to mingle, sip, and enjoy the ambiance before the celebration continues downstairs!

Our wedding will be unplugged. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or taking photos/videos during the ceremony. Phones may be used starting at the reception, but we request that no photos or videos be uploaded to social media until after 12:00pm EST on 8/09/2026. This allows the bride and groom time to share their first photo. Professional photographers and videographers will capture all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

Only the guests specifically listed on your invitation are invited. If you are married or in a committed relationship and your partner was not included on your invitation, please reach out to us directly for clarification. Please note that we cannot accommodate additional guests, including friends, coworkers, or family members we do not personally know. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate.

We are not using a traditional gift registry. Instead, we warmly welcome contributions toward our honeymoon and future home together. Gifting is a wonderful way to show appreciation for being invited and to celebrate our special day. If you would like to give, you can do so easily by clicking the link on our website under the “Registry” tab that will be available on 4.08.26 once full website is available. Your support means so much to us as we begin this next chapter!

Absolutely! Guests will be treated to a full dinner, a selection of cocktails, and delicious desserts during the reception. Plus, you can kick off the celebrations a little early during our curated cocktail hour, complete with fun and entertainment on the upper level, both indoors and outdoors.

Heck yeah! Do you not remember stocking the bar? Let’s finish the Myers’ Matrimony off in true fashion, fun, and style including all TOP SHELF spirits, wine, and beer. Let’s go the MOON!

The festivities will continue until 12:00 AM sharp—no earlier! We want everyone to fully enjoy and celebrate this special moment with us, a day we’ve been anticipating and building up to for so long. After-Party is currently being planned and will end at 2:30am EST.

Our venue is a smoke-free property. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from smoking both inside and outside the venue. Please relax, enjoy the celebration, and help us keep the atmosphere comfortable for everyone.

All tops orders are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month with July 15th being the last day to process orders. Processing and shipping from the process date should average between 7-10 days.

All tops will be shipped via USPS in a black mailer labeled Myers Matrimony.

All tops are non-Refundable and exchangeable.  Please reference size charts for correct sizing.
